It's an attractive, solid, heavy knife suitable for Boy Scouts or camping. It has the appearance of serious big-game cutlery. However, having purchased handmade knives with true Damascus steel, doubts arise about the authenticity of this blade. The wood handle is nice, and the steel thickens at the ricasso. The knife is really gorgeous, featuring a sharp damascus steel blade. However, the sheath seems oversized, designed for a larger blade, making it somewhat awkward.

This knife has become an essential part of my hunting gear. The Damascus blade maintains an edge exceptionally well, and the walnut handle is extremely comfortable to hold. I strongly recommend this knife to any hunter.

The craftsmanship on display is truly impressive. It gives the appearance of genuine Damascus, not just a Damascus imitation. The item arrived securely packaged and generously coated in oil, which, while a bit runny, is preferable to having a blade already showing signs of rust. The edge is quite good, although there are reservations about the wood quality for the handle. From an ergonomic perspective, it feels comfortable in the hand and well-balanced. Now, regarding the sheath – it's exceptionally well-made. However, the design favors a left, backhanded draw, and this isn't particularly appreciated. As a consequence, I plan to use this as a backup for its aesthetic appeal. Despite this, it's undeniably a beautiful knife that would have been quite practical under different circumstances.

Fantastic knife for the price
The knife's feel is excellent, with a full tang providing durability. Although not perfectly balanced, it serves well as an everyday utility knife. The sheath's belt loop positioning may be unconventional, but with time, it becomes preferable. Overall, a great utility knife.
