BIGCAT KNIVES products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind our knives and swords 100%. We subject them to the highest standards and strive to make each as ideal as possible. We warrant that our folding knives, fixed blade knives, and swords are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
All BIGCAT KNIVES products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the limited life.This guarantee is voided (as determined by BIGCAT KNIVES) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear or tear that might occur. Using your BIGCAT folding blade or fixed blade knife for any purpose other than cutting or puncturing is considered abuse and may void your warranty. BIGCAT warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly, or improper sharpening.
Knives are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars or screwdrivers. If your knife was damaged due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage. If your knife is not repairable than allowing you the option to purchase a new knife for 50% off of our MSRP price.
How to claim warranty:
You had to send faulty knife back to our facility. And we will inspect your knife for legitimate case. Once your knife is approved by experts we will offer you repair or replacement or 50% off offer for any item available in our store. You must have to send us COA with knife to claim your warranty. Any knife without Certificate of authenticity will not be accepted.
How should I send my product?
You're welcome to return your product by any shipping method that is most convenient for you. Please inform us prior sending a package.
Instructions for sending your product in for evaluation:
Step #1- Prepare your knife for shipment. For the safety of our technicians, please clean away any dirt or debris such as blood or animal matter from your knife.
Step #2- Packages your knife securely in a box or padded envelope. Be sure the knife cannot move or shift while inside the package. Please make sure there are no loose blades that will fall out and harm a technician. Shipping your knife in a regular paper envelope is NOT recommended, as the knife could easily fall out and get lost. BIGCAT Knives is not responsible for lost or stolen knives. Please do not use popcorn foam when shipping.
EXAMPLES OF NON-WARRANTED ITEMS
Rusted/spotted/stained blades or handles (coated or not), broken or bent knife tips, worn tool components, dull/chipped knife blades, scratched blade/tool coatings, worn/loose Kraton slabs, sheaths and pouches (if brand new sheaths are determined to be defective they are replaced separately from the knife/tool), and broken/lost thumb studs.
