Where we ship

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order, to the 48 contiguous United States, Washington DC and Canada. Expedited shipping to the US is available at checkout for $13.99.

We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or other countries from this store. Our knives are sold on Amazon in Spain, Germany and Italy.

When your order ships

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, weekends and holidays aside. US deliveries then take 3 to 7 business days. You get an order confirmation within a few hours and a tracking number when your order ships; tracking can take up to 72 hours to start updating.

Depending on the address and the size of the order we ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or Amazon Logistics, or one of their economy services.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, email customerservice@bigcatroar.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.
