What we use. Your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, what you buy and data about your visit to the store. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not keep them. We do not handle sensitive personal data.
What for. Needed purposes: processing and delivering your order, handling returns, warranty claims and questions, and meeting legal duties. Secondary purposes: sending you emails with news and offers, and measuring our advertising. You can object to the secondary purposes at any time by writing to the address above or with the unsubscribe link in every email; it does not affect your orders.
Who we share it with. The providers that help us run the store: the store platform, payment processors, storage and shipping services (including Amazon, which packs and delivers orders), carriers, and email and advertising services. Each gets only what it needs for its task. We do not sell your data.
Your ARCO rights. You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent, by emailing customerservice@bigcatroar.com with your name, the email on your order and what you are asking for. We reply within the time the law allows.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to run the store, remember your cart and, with your permission where required, measure visits and advertising. You can turn them off in your browser.
